At macys.com, our commitment to our customers is to offer convenience, service and product availability online at competitive prices. We also offer merchandise at promotional prices.

macys.com is a separate company and operates independently from the Macy's stores. Specifically, separate companies operate: (i) Macy's East stores (those located in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C. Puerto Rico); (ii) the Macy's West stores (those located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas); (iii) the Macy's Northwest stores (those located in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming); (iv) the Macy's Florida stores (those located in Florida); and (v) the Macy's South stores (Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia West Virginia); (vi) the Macy's Midwest stores (those located in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia); (vii) the Macy's North stores (those located in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin).

Because they are separate companies, the products, prices and promotions offered online and in Macy's stores may differ. In addition, the products, prices and promotions offered in one Macy's store may differ from those offered in another Macy's store. For example, the price for an item offered at a Macy's East Coast store may differ from a price offered at Macy's Florida. Finally, the products, prices and promotions offered on macysweddingchannel.com may differ both from those offered on macys.com and from those in Macy's branded stores.

For this reason, prices and other promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at Macy's stores may not be applied toward purchases from macys.com or macysweddingchannel.com. Similarly, prices and other promotional offers (such as promotion codes, free shipping and bonuses) from macys.com or macysweddingchannel.com may not be applied toward purchases from Macy's stores. The same is true with respect to the Macy's stores. A product, price or promotion offered in one Macy's store may not be applied in another. Finally, prices and other promotional offers from macys.com may not be applied toward purchases from macysweddingchannel.com, and prices or other promotional offers from macysweddingchannel.com may not be applied toward purchases at macys.com.

For your shopping convenience, Macy's Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed online or in any Macy's store. Additionally, gift cards from any Macy's store may be redeemed online at macys.com. Virtual Gift Cards, available exclusively online at macys.com, may also be redeemed online or in-store.Merchandise Certificates, as well as other certificates or awards issued by Macy's stores (e.g., reward certificates, merchandise only certificates and bonus dollars), may only be used in the Macy's store in which they were issued (e.g. a merchandise certificate from a Macy's Northwest store may only be redeemed in a Macy's Northwest store).

Also for your shopping convenience, credit cards from Macy's may be used at any Macy's store, on macys.com and macyweddingchannel.com.

"Regular" and "Original" prices reflect prices at which merchandise has been offered on macys.com or in Macy's stores. When we use the terms "Original", "Closeout", "Clearance", "Now", "Permanent markdown", or "Just Reduced", that means the item has been permanently marked down and will not return to the original price. When we refer to a "Regular" price or "Our" price in connection with a promotional event, that means the item is being offered at a reduced price for the event and will return to the "Regular" price or "Our" price after the event. The terms "Everyday Value" and "Special Purchase" represent the everyday price of an item.

"Lowest Prices of the Season" on macys.com merchandise refers to four seasons per year, Spring (February-April); Summer (May-July); Fall (August-October); and Holiday/Winter (November-January). Prices may be lowered further during the season for clearance.

"Clearance", "Close Out" and "Special Purchase" offers are limited to stock on hand. When we offer clearance merchandise, as you might expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
