Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

An additional charge of $6 will be added for each additional shipping address in a single order.


Shipping times
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

Mattresses
Mattress sets valued at $699 or more are eligible for free delivery. Offer applies to mattress set purchases (including frames but excluding tax, delivery, removal and fabric protection plan fees) for delivery within our normal delivery zones. Offer does not apply to clearance centers. For deliveries on all other mattress purchases or to locations outside of our normal delivery zone, a minimum fee of $70 will be assessed. E-Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, usually within 24 hours after your order has been placed. E-Gift Cards that are returned because they are undeliverable will be automatically credited to the original tender and the E-Gift Card numbers will be cancelled. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.
