Gift Cards
Personalized gift cards and gift cards in personalized greeting cards are charged a $3.05 personalization fee. Gift Cards must be sent to a street address and will not be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Jewelry
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O boxes. It can only be shipped to street addresses within the 50 United States.
Custom-sized rings
Please allow an additional 7 days processing time when ordering a custom-sized ring. NOTE: size 10.5 is standard for men; size 7 is standard for women. All other sizes are considered custom.
Mattresses
Mattress sets valued at $799 or more are eligible for free delivery. Offer applies to mattress set purchases (including frames but excluding tax, delivery, removal and fabric protection plan fees) for delivery within our normal delivery zones. Offer does not apply to clearance centers. For deliveries on all other mattress purchases or to locations outside of our normal delivery zone, a minimum fee of $70 will be assessed.
