Most macys.com items can be returned by mail, with original proof of purchase, within 180 days of purchase. Read items with special guidelines for information about return restrictions.
Returning an item
Fill out the return form on the front of the invoice, indicating item(s) being returned and the reason(s) for the return.
Securely pack the merchandise and ship to macys.com via US Postal Service or UPS using the enclosed pre-addressed shipping label (print another shipping label). Remember to insure your package.
We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.

Then fill out the exchange form on the back of the invoice indicating the items you'd like in exchange. We'll process your exchange within 7 days of receipt, and you will not be charged shipping on the exchange. If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment. Merchandise credits will be issued for gifts.
