Jewelry purchased on macys.com may only be returned by mail.
Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its
original condition and in its original packaging. A prepaid
UPS shipping label will be enclosed with your jewelry order.
Please retain the UPS tracking number until the credit has
been posted to your account.
Custom-sized rings
Custom-sized rings may not be returned. NOTE: size 10.5 is
standard for men; size 7 is standard for women. All other
sizes are considered custom. Please note that custom-sized rings are not returnable.
Mattresses
Macy's offers a 30-Day Comfort Trial on mattresses. If you're not satisfied
with your new mattress after 30 days, contact Macy's within the next seven
days to receive a one-time credit (minus fees) toward a new mattress of
equal or greater value. New mattress selection must be made within 14
days. Mattress must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of stains. Please
note that your delivery fee will not be refunded. A $50 redelivery fee will be
charged, and a 10% handling fee will apply. For complete details, please

Furniture
Furniture
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is any problem with your furniture
purchase. If an item has been damaged during manufacturing or delivery, we’ll
schedule a technician to come to your home to make repairs. If you'd like to return
your purchase for other reasons, including color, style are other aesthetic reasons,
we’ll pick up your furniture for return and a restocking fee of 10% will be assessed;
delivery fees are nonrefundable. All requests for returns or repairs must be made within

Bridesmaid dresses
Bridesmaid dresses purchased on macys.com may be returned to
any Macy's store near you or by mail to either of the
following Macy's locations:

Bridesmaid dresses must be returned within 30 days of the
receipt of purchase with proof of purchase (valid receipt,
packing slip or vendor direct shipping invoice) and all tags
attached. Worn or altered garments may not be returned.
Area rugs
Area rugs purchased on macys.com may not be returned to our
stores. To return a rug purchased online, repack the rug in
its original packaging materials and contact Customer
Service at 1-800-BUY-MACY. You will be contacted in 7-10
days by the shipper to arrange a pick up.
Window treatments & slipcovers
Window coverings, window hardware and slipcovers
may not be returned to our stores. These items must be
returned by mail to macys.com.
Gourmet food & gifts
Food and gourmet gifts may not be returned.
Bonus gifts
If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift,
please include the bonus gift with your return. If you
choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged
for its value.
