For all Macys Mobile campaigns, you can text any of the following words to MACYS (62297)
and you will be opted out of all future messages. Standard carrier rates apply.
- STOP
- END
- QUIT
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
Please note: these words are not case sensitive.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days from when the request was received to process your removal.

I'd like to join Macys Mobile! Where can I sign up?
1. Go to My Account and sign into your My Macys account
2. Click My Profile
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the My Profile screen and check the "receive macys.com text messages" box
4. Enter your mobile telephone number in the 3 boxes provided
5. Click the Update Profile button
Does Macys Mobile work with most wireless carriers?
Macys Mobile is compatible with all major wireless carriers, including:
- AT&T
- Verizon Wireless (not mobile downloads)
- Sprint/Nextel
- T-Mobile
- Alltel
- Many other smaller/regional carriers
