| How do I receive credit for items returned to macys.com? |

You can return merchandise for a full refund, which will be credited to you in the original tender. For gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information, or if you paid with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of an Easy Exchange Card, which you can use for a future online or in-store purchase. If you're returning a gift, the amount can be credited to a Macy's account, an existing Gift Card or a store merchandise certificate (MOC), which can be used at any Macy's store.

| How long does it take for refunds to come through? |
|
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. | What if I lost my return label? |
|
No problem! You can print out another one by visiting the Return Label section. Simply select the type of merchandise you wish to return and print your new label. Return shipping instructions are included on the label.
If you're an Elite or Platinum Macy's cardholder, you can sign in to My Account to print your free Return Label.
