| How can I check the balance of my Gift Card online? |

It’s easy to check your Gift Card balance online! Just go to Gifts & Gift Cards and enter the 18-digit Gift Card number located on the back of your card. If you have a Gift Card that displays a number with fewer than 18 digits, please call Customer Service (1-800-511-2752) to check the card's balance.

| Can I get credit for returns if I paid with a Gift Card? |

Yes! If you paid with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of an Easy Exchange Card, which you can use for a future online or in-store purchase.

| I sent an E-Gift Card to a friend, but they never received it or accidentally deleted the email. What should I do? |
|
Please call us at 1-800-BUY-MACY (1-800-289-6229) with the following information: Order Number, Name of Recipient and Email Address to which the E-Gift Card was sent. Once we research and validate your issue, we’ll reissue the E-Gift Card to the recipient. Doing this may require a new order and additional charges to your account.

| Can I redeem my E-Gift Card in a Macy's store? |
|
Absolutely! E-Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store by printing your E-Gift Card barcode and presenting it to a Macy's Store Associate at checkout. Simply click GET BARCODE in your E-Gift Card email and print the entire page that appears. E-Gift Cards may also be redeemed online by entering your E-Gift Card number at checkout in the PAY WITH GIFT CARD box.

| What are the Terms & Conditions associated with redeeming a Gift Card? |

For balance or customer service, go to Gifts & Gift Cards or any Macy's store, or call 1-800-511-2752. Macy's Gift Cards are redeemable only for merchandise and in-store services at Macy's, macys.com and macysweddingchannel.com; they may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied as payment or credit to any credit card account. Macy's Gift Cards may be purchased as a gift or given in place of issuing a credit to a credit card or a proof of purchase return from another payment method. Refunds for a return will be issued in the form of an Easy Exchange Card, which you can use for a future online or in-store purchase.
Protect the card: the bearer is responsible if it is lost or stolen. Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on Macy's records. The Gift Card issued by Macy's Gift Card, LLC and is required for all inquiries. Macy's Gift Cards sold on or after 2/3/08 do not expire, and no fees are imposed!
