| How can I check the balance of my Gift Card online? |

Checking the balance of your Gift Card online is easy, just click here. Or, in Checkout, enter the Gift Card number (located on the back of the card) on the Apply Gift Cards page. You can enter up to four 18-digit Gift Card numbers. Or, you can click here to check your balance.
If you have a Gift Card that displays a number with fewer than 18 digits, please call Customer Service (1-800-511-2752) to check the card's balance.

| Can I get credit for returns if I purchased with a Gift Card? |
|
If you paid with a Gift Card, the debited amount will be returned to the card's number(s), enabling you to reuse your Gift Card(s) toward future purchases. Therefore, please retain your Gift Card until you decide that you are satisfied with your purchase.

| What if the intended Recipient never received their E-Gift Card or accidentally deleted the email containing their E-Gift Card? |

Please Contact Us at 1-800-BUY-MACY (1-800-289-6229) with the following information: Order Number, Name of Recipient, and Email Address to which the E-Gift Card was sent. Upon researching and validating your issue we will reissue the E-Gift Card to the recipient. Doing this may require a new order and additional charges to your account.

| Can I redeem my E-Gift card in a Macy's store? |
|
Yes, E-Gift cards may be redeemed in-store by printing your unique E-Gift Card barcode and presenting it to a Macy's Store Associate at checkout. Simply click "GET BARCODE" in your E-Gift Card email and print the entire page that appears. E-Gift Cards may also be redeemed online by entering your E-Gift Card number at checkout in the PAY WITH GIFT CARD box.

| What are the Terms and Conditions associated with redeeming a gift card? |
|
Gift Cards are issued as a gift or in place of crediting value to a credit card or other proof of purchase return. This card may be used to purchase merchandise and in-store services at any Macy's store or on line at macys.com and macys weddingchannel.com, only. Additional returns may be applied to this card. See below for redemption locations. It may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment or credit to your credit card account. When you make a purchase with your Gift Card, your receipt will show your remaining balance and expiration date*. Please safeguard your Gift Card. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. If your gift card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records.
Except as noted below, this card expires 2 years from date of last value added*. To check the expiration date or balance of your Gift Card, call 1-800-511-2752 or see a Sales Associate. Your Gift Card is required for all inquiries.
*Cards sent to purchasers in the following states do not expire: California, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
