| How is my Macy's account reported to the credit bureaus? |
|
Each credit plan you request on your account is reported separately to the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian). When you check your credit report, you'll see a separate entry for each credit plan requested. Macy's credit plans include: regular charges you make at Macy's, major purchase plans, and the Club plan. If you also have a Macy's Star Rewards Visa account, it reports separately to the credit bureaus and will also appear on your credit report.

| What should I do if my Macy's card is lost or stolen? |
|
To report a lost or stolen card, contact our office immediately to avoid potential misuse. The Macy's Customer Service department can be reached at: 1 (800) 659-6229, or visit Credit Services Help to email us. Remember to remove the account number of the lost card from your My Profile section at the macys.com website, and to add your new card number once you receive it.

| What is an International Transaction Fee? |
|
The International Transaction Fee is a fee on any international transactions submitted to us in a foreign currency. When you use your Macy's Visa card outside the USA, excluding Puerto Rico and Guam, you will be charged an International Transaction Fee on purchases and cash advances made in a foreign currency. The fee is 1% of the transaction amount in U.S. dollars and will appear as a separate transaction on your Visa statement. We do not charge an International Transaction Fee if the transaction receipt clearly states the transaction has been conducted solely in USD, or US dollars.

| How can I get confirmation that my payment was received? |
|
Once you've completed our easy registration on macys.com, add your Macy's card to your profile. In the My Profile section of your account, you'll be given the option to sign up to receive updates about your credit account via email. You can choose to receive notification when your statements are available to view on macys.com and when a payment posts to your account. If you have already registered your Macy's or other store card on macys.com, just log in to your Profile and sign up to start receiving these email alerts immediately.

| How do I qualify for the Gold, Platinum or Elite Star Rewards VISA® Card? |

These cards are offered only to cardholders who have met the basic spending guidelines on their Macy's Credit Card account and meet our VISA® credit criteria. Currently, the Gold Star Rewards VISA® requires net purchases of $500 per year at Macy's and macys.com on your Macy's Credit Card in order to qualify and retain benefits. Platinum Star Rewards VISA® requires annual net purchases of $1,000 per year at Macy's and macys.com on your Macy's Credit Card account. Elite Star Rewards VISA® requires annual net purchases of $2500 or more at Macy's and macys.com on your Macy's Credit Card account.
