Pay your bill today using Macy’s Quick Pay. This service allows you to make a single payment on your Macy’s or Macy’s Visa account. You will need a valid checking account with a U.S. bank to use this service.

Cash, check, and money order payments are accepted at any Macy's and are posted immediately to your account. Use the store locator to find the Macy’s location nearest you.

Pay your bill on the phone

Simply call one of our Star Rewards Specialists at 888-431-6229. When you do, please have your Macy's account number and a valid check from a U.S. bank available. There is a $10 fee for this service.

Pay your bill by mail

Remember to include your account number and account type on your check or money order.
