These hoodies, sold at Macy's between November 2005 and January 2006, are being recalled because the drawstring through the hood could pose a strangulation hazard to children.
Recalled items, in girls' sizes S-XL, were sold in pink, white, brown, navy or green with a beaded heart logo and embroidered flowers on the front above the left pocket. The style number 484241 (some with an M, N or NN after the number) is located on the garment's hangtag and/or the individual packaging label. "ROXY GIRL" is printed on the collar label.
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard. Consumers can receive a full refund by returning the sweatshirts to the place of purchase or by mailing the sweatshirts to:

Harajuku Lovers Children's Hooded Sweatshirts, RSL Hoodie & Lovers Leopard Styles
These hoodies, sold at Macy's between August 2008 and January 2009, are being recalled because the drawstring through the hood could pose a strangulation hazard to children.
This RSL Hoodie style has numerous pictures of girls riding motor scooters and the words "Ready Steady Love" printed on it. The Lovers Leopard style has a leopard design in gray and black. "Harajuku Lovers" is printed on a tag sewn-in next to the care label.

S. Rothschild & Co. Girls' Coats with Drawstrings, Select Styles & Sizes
These coats, sold at Macy's between September 2006 and September 2009, are being recalled because the drawstrings on the detachable cape can pose a strangulation hazard to young children. This recall affects the following styles in sizes 4-6X: 56321Y, 56321F and 57321F.
Recalled items were sold in pink, red, blue and vanilla with a faux fur cape and in charcoal and vanilla with a faux fur-trimmed cape. Two faux pompoms are attached to the end of drawstrings that hang from the cape. The sewn-in neck tag reads, "ROTHSCHILD SINCE 1881."
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the cape or remove the detachable cape completely to eliminate the hazard.

Hammary Furniture Decorative Wood Chests and Tables, Select Styles
Consumers should stop using the recalled furniture immediately, and keep young children away from it.
These decorative wood chests and tables, sold at select Macy's locations and on macys.com, are being recalled because the surface coating paint on the furniture could contain excessive levels of lead in violation of the federal lead paint standard.
Furniture manufactured since April 2009 will have a label that specifies the date of manufacture, the item number, the country of origin, a product description and the name "Hammary Furniture." This label is located on the unfinished back of the item or, if the back is finished, on the underside. Products manufactured earlier than April 2009 will not have any identifiable markings on them.

The animated tropical aquarium lamp, sold on macys.com between October 2009 to January 2010, is being voluntarily recalled by Innovage LLC due to several reported incidents of lamps smoking or igniting while they are in use, posing a potential fire and burn hazard to consumers.
The model number involved is 1627121. Not all units are affected. All affected units have a batch number that begins with 2. The batch number is an 11-digit number located on the bottom of the unit and the bottom of the box.

HoMedics Inc. is voluntarily recalling its Homedics heating pads purchased in 2001 and 2002 with a "01" on the hand control (model #: HP-200 and HP-500).
It has been determined that some of these heating pads may contain a loose connection which in turn may cause the unit to short circuit, posing a risk of burn injuries or fire as well as damage to the heating pad itself or to materials (like bedding and furniture) which may be in contact with the pad. While these events have only involved a very small percentage of the total number of these models sold, we believe that it is prudent to recall the products in question. This recall is being conducted with the full knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
