The PHAP is a 6-7 member team at CHRCO that provides comprehensive medical and psychosocial, family-centered care for infants, children, youth and families infected with and affected by HIV and AIDS, through all stages of illness.

Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS) is a volunteer-based organization that provides for the comprehensive needs of companion animals for low-income person with HIV/AIDS and other disabling illness.

Project Open Hand
Project Open Hand provides meals and groceries for people with symptomatic HIV and AIDS; congregate lunches for people over 60 years of age, and meals for homebound and critically ill people under the age of 60. Services are available to eligible clients living in San Francisco and Alameda counties.

STOP AIDS Project
The mission of the STOP AIDS Project is to prevent HIV transmission among all gay, bisexual, and transgender men in San Francisco through collaborative and multicultural, community-based organizing.

Tenderloin Health
Tenderloin Health's mission is to optimize the health of the Tenderloin's homeless, poor and most vulnerable residents.
We serve those living with and at the greatest risk of acquiring HIV/AIDS, who have difficulty obtaining services elsewhere, especially due to substance use, mental illness, sexual orientation, gender identity, race and/or other social barriers.

Huckleberry Youth Programs, founded in 1967, provides shelter, counseling, health education, violence prevention, and leadership development for runaway and at-risk youth in San Francisco and Marin Counties.

School Health Programs Department (SHPD) is the division of SFUSD that addresses the health needs of San Francisco's school aged children and their families. Our mission is to ensure the academic, physical, and emotional growth of SF's children and youth by assisting school sites in building their capacity to meet the needs of the whole child.

ACADEMY OF FRIENDS produces an annual Academy Awards Night Charity Gala as the centerpiece of its efforts to raise funds granted to a diverse set of HIV/AIDS direct care, prevention and education agencies throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

San Francisco LBGT Community Center
The San Francisco LGBT Community Center offers a wide variety of programming to the LGBT community in a state-of-the-art facility. The Center serves over 9,000 visitors and hosts more than 400 events, classes and workshops each month. The San Francisco Newcomers Assistance Program (SNAP) is an HIV prevention program for gay and bi men who have moved to the city in the last eighteen months, and provides mentors, workshops and individual counseling.

Larkin Street Youth Services
Larkin Street Youth Services is a nationally recognized agency committed to helping San Franciscos homeless and runaway youth ages 12-24 move beyond street life. Our continuum of care ranges from supportive housing, technology and employment training, healthcare, and case management. We believe all youth deserve the chance to reach their full potential.
