Que Libre
Serves 8
"I was playing around, trying to come up with a fun, refreshing cocktail to go with
the spicy flavors of global barbecue on a hot summer day," says Cat. "I thought of the classic
Cuba libre, made with rum and Coke. And then it hit me: rum, lime, and root beer." Que
perfecto! Use a high-quality microbrewed root beer for the best flavor.
